Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of lingerie products, certain hygiene rules apply.
1. Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Incorrect item was delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to share photos or videos for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Panties / briefs
Intimate wear
Bodysuits
Shapewear
Lingerie sets
Products marked Non-Returnable
Returns may be rejected if:
Product has been worn
Tags are removed
Packaging is damaged
Product shows signs of use
3. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for a different size or replacement item, subject to availability.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued if:
Replacement is unavailable
Return request is approved after verification
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
