Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases made on the Twilfit website are subject to the terms outlined below.
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is eligible for return as mentioned on the product page under Shipping & Returns.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to: panties, swimwear, lingerie accessories, shapewear, and shorties. Twilfit reserves the right to refuse returns for such items.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact. All returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse. If a returned product does not meet our quality standards, Twilfit reserves the right to decline the refund and return the product to the customer.
Approved returns will be picked up within 2–3 working days, subject to serviceability.
Refunds are initiated after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–10 working days.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, while the order status remains “Order Confirmed.” Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Twilfit reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
