Orders & Account
Browse products on our website, select your size and style, add to cart, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation once payment is successful.
Creating an account is recommended for easy order tracking and faster support, though guest checkout may be available for select orders.
Log in to your account and go to Profile > Orders to view your order status.
Order modifications are not guaranteed once placed. Please contact customer support immediately for assistance.
Payments
We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Twilfit does not store your card or banking details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and serviceability.
Yes, we currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Yes. You will receive shipment details and tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility mentioned on the product page.
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Panties
Swimwear
Lingerie accessories
Shapewear
Shorties
Log in to your account, go to Profile > Orders, select the relevant order, and click on Return & Exchange.
Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection:
Prepaid orders: 3–5 working days
COD orders: 5–10 working days
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, while the order status is “Order Confirmed.”

Each product page includes a size guide. For further assistance, please contact customer support before placing your order.
If eligible, you may request an exchange within 7 days. For hygiene-sensitive items, exchanges are not permitted.
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
Returns Quality Check
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
If the product does not meet our quality standards, it will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
